Preparation-/Cookingtime 1 hour
Ingredients:
- Blackberries as much as you like
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- Binder
- Two saucepans
- Sieve
First you put the blackberries in a pan and fill the pan with water so that the blackberries are just under water. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer on low heat for one hour.
Method
Take the other pan and the sieve and pour the juice into the sieve (with the other pan underneath!). Now only pulp remains in the sieve. After this you put the juice back on the fire. Then you add a few scoops of sugar (now you can taste how much sugar you want, but make sure you blow first!) and a little bit of cinnamon. The secret for this recipe is to mix a little cornstarch with water to form a paste, add this while stirring (very carefully) and when the juice starts to thicken stop adding the cornstarch paste.
Let it cool and bottoms up!
